Coupling A Diet with your Eating Out Plans
Going out for a meal when you are on a diet can be a real pain and most people assume that they should either politely refuse or quit their diet for a day. However, both these ways may take you away from your goal of weight loss.
Why?
If you intend to politely decline an invitation to go out and sit at home starving yourself, it isn’t going to help. When you reduce your food intake drastically your body starts conserving and storing fats. Also, starvation can only work for a few days after which you will give in to your urges and end up binging; so moderation is the keyword here.
It is perfectly alright to go out for a meal when you are on a diet but remember to choose the items of the menu carefully, needless to say you don’t want to indulge yourself with a double serving of chocolate ice cream or go for extra cheese on the pizza. But if you stick to salad and a main dish of chicken without too may frills you should be ok.
The most important part is to not overeat ot to take fat burners if you need to furn the extra fat you intake.
